Therapeutic Massage: While all massage therapy is therapeutic, it can be focused to a specific compaint that a client is suffering from at that time.

EXAMPLE: Headaches, Back pain and Tension in the shoulders and neck?? A treatment focused to your back/neck and shoulders would be recommended for that day. Your registered massage therapist will work with your pain tolerance and adapt the pressure of the treatment accordingly. You will leave feeling like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders and your headache will fade away.

Deep Tissue Massage: Looking for a deep massage and that "good pain" during your treatment? Shannon Allen - McDonald RMT has thrived in the area of Massage therapy. Using trigger point release techniques with forearms/elbows you will leave after a massage feeling amazing! Your RMT will judge your pressure tolerance and check in with you during the treatment to prevent a negative reaction to this more aggressive technique.

Hot stone Massage therapy: This treatment takes relaxation massage to a Deeper level. The heat from the stones penetrate deep into the tissue relieving tension without alot of pressure. Great from those with chronic tension or pain who love heat! The basalt stones are heated to a temperature that is safe and comfortable for the client and the therapist.
